Responsibilities
Data Support & Reporting
Assist with the development and support of databases, reports, and dashboards
Clean, transform, and validate data to support accurate and timely reporting
Use reporting tools to help deliver actionable data insights
Documentation & Process Support
Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reports, and systems
Assist with documenting data definitions and reporting standards
Collaboration & Team Support
Work collaboratively with Data Services and IT team members to support projects
Communicate progress, questions, and issues clearly with team members
Learning & Professional Development
Learn and apply data management, reporting, and analytics concepts
Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and accountability in daily work
Participate in a mentored learning environment focused on skill development
Qualification
Required
Foundational understanding of data concepts, databases, or analytics
Familiarity with SQL or interest in learning database query languages
Ability to analyze data and support creation of meaningful reports
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow procedures, document work, and ask questions as needed
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to take direction effectively
Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts
Ability to follow the core values of honesty, integrity, mutual respect, pride and ownership
Preferred
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence or analytics tools
