Supervise pack area employees
Organize area to maintain safety and productivity
Quality checks
Adjust equipment to maximize

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceForklift operationComputer proficiencyHand tools usageTraining new employeesMathematical skillsEffective communication

Required

Two years manufacturing experience
Ability to effectively use various computer programs
Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
Ability to read and understand various work instructions
Ability to use a forklift
Ability to train new employees
Ability to effectively communicate with others and promote a positive work environment
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals/compute rate, ration and percent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, push/pull up to 100 pounds, reach, climb, crouch, bend or twist up to 66% of the work shift

Preferred

High School diploma or GED preferred
