Responsibilities
Oversight of market level financial performance for multiple locations, identifying and executing cost savings and revenue opportunities
Track and improve KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory availability, inventory mix, fleet utilization and member satisfaction
Forecast market needs, allocate resources appropriately across sites, and ensure financial targets are consistently met
Ensure consistent execution of infleet, defleet, servicing, repairs, and delivery processes across all sites
Maintain high member satisfaction by ensuring sites are delivering vehicles on time and in top condition
Oversee site readiness, operational flow, and daily execution standards across multiple locations
Identify operational gaps across sites and implement scalable solutions
Directly manage and support Site Managers and Leads across multiple locations, ensuring operational consistency and performance
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate facility operations, team engagement, process adherence, and safety standards
Develop and maintain staffing models across markets, adjusting for demand fluctuations, growth, and operational changes
Drive alignment across all sites by standardizing processes, communication rhythms, and performance expectations
Monitor and resolve escalations across markets, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and root causes are removed
Serve as the primary point of accountability for multi-site operational results
Provide regular, actionable feedback to managers and frontline teams to strengthen results
Develop managers through coaching, performance reviews, and clear growth pathways
Build a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across sites
Qualification
Required
Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
Experience in overseeing market level financial performance for multiple locations
Ability to identify and execute cost savings and revenue opportunities
Experience in tracking and improving KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory availability, inventory mix, fleet utilization, and member satisfaction
Ability to forecast market needs and allocate resources appropriately across sites
Experience in ensuring consistent execution of infleet, defleet, servicing, repairs, and delivery processes across all sites
Ability to maintain high member satisfaction by ensuring sites are delivering vehicles on time and in top condition
Experience in overseeing site readiness, operational flow, and daily execution standards across multiple locations
Ability to identify operational gaps across sites and implement scalable solutions
Experience in directly managing and supporting Site Managers and Leads across multiple locations
Ability to conduct regular site visits to evaluate facility operations, team engagement, process adherence, and safety standards

Ability to drive alignment across all sites by standardizing processes, communication rhythms, and performance expectations
Experience in monitoring and resolving escalations across markets

Ability to travel between sites, stand or walk for extended periods during site visits, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
