Responsibilities

Lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations
Build and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards
Create and use semantic layers
Connect to and write complex SQL against relational database technologies
Ensure the best dashboarding solutions are delivered
Follow full life-cycle methodology including change management processes and ensuring changes are properly tested and migrated to production
Work in an Agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Required

2 years+ of demonstrated ability in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence ideally using Tableau
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing
Proficient in building and publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards
Acquainted with the creation and use of semantic layers – knowledge of AtScale a plus
Experience with connecting to and writing complex SQL against relational database technologies – ideally Snowflake
Must have strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with a variety of colleagues, including Product Owners and the Engineering community, to ensure the best dashboarding solutions are delivered
Full life-cycle methodology including change management processes and ensuring changes are properly tested and migrated to production
Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence
Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Preferred

MBA or MS degree a plus
Tableau Certification a plus
