As a Staff Accountant Intern, you will engage in a company-wide ERP implementation, including workflow testing, integration mapping, and reconciliation projects, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
ERP Workflow Testing: validating that ERP workflows (e.g., purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash) function correctly by creating test cases, executing tests, and suggesting improvements
ERP Integration Mapping: documenting how ERP integrates with other systems (CRM, HR, etc.) after go-live by mapping data flows, identifying potential bottlenecks and suggesting automation opportunities
Automated Reconciliation Project: identifying reconciliation candidates (bank, intercompany, clearing accounts) and confirming source data mappings from Fusion ERP; design rules, configuration profiles and tasks, and testing and validating
Qualification
Required
Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Accounting
Determined go-getters with excellent communication skills
Problem solvers with the ability to identify mismatches, variances, and root causes
Knowledge, skills, and abilities in basic accounting principles regarding accounting, accounts payable and fixed assets
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
Familiarity with financial reporting basics and account reconciliations, and an understanding of debits/credits and financial statements
Selected candidates must be available to work on-site and full-time between June and August
