Account Executive

Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for retention, renewal, and expansion
Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
Partner closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure clients achieve defined outcomes
Proactively identify expansion opportunities based on client goals, usage, and performance
Lead renewal conversations with a focus on value realization and long-term partnership
Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights to improve services, processes, and offerings
Drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth through account expansion rather than transactional selling
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, or Customer Success–focused sales roles
Proven experience managing existing client relationships, renewals, and upsell/expansion
Strong consultative skills with the ability to uncover client needs and align solutions to outcomes
Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Delivery, or Implementation teams
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organization and follow-through
Comfort using CRM tools and data to track account health and opportunities
Up to 15% travel
Preferred
Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or recurring-revenue environments
Familiarity with customer success frameworks (health scores, success plans, QBRs)
Experience leading strategic account reviews or renewal planning
Located in Arizona, Oregon, or Texas
