2+ years expFootgear is seeking an HR Administrator to play a key part in ensuring accurate HR administration and compliance. The role involves managing employee records, payroll queries, and supporting audits, while providing general HR administrative support.

Responsibilities
Prepare and issue employment contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
Capture and update employee information on HR and payroll systems
Administer time and attendance records and follow up on discrepancies
Manage employee leave administration and respond to related queries
Ensure records align with company policies and payroll cut-off dates
Act as a first point of contact for HR and payroll-related queries
Ensure all payroll inputs, changes, and supporting documentation are communicated timeously to the Payroll Officer
Support monthly payroll checks and reconciliations
Prepare and assist with UIF documentation and related submissions
Support internal and external audits by collating and providing required HR and payroll information
Ensure HR files and records are audit-ready and compliant
Manage uniform orders and maintain accurate records
Support onboarding and exit administration
Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team and business
Qualification
Required
Matric
2–3 years' experience in an HR administrative role
Working knowledge of South African labour legislation, UIF, and basic payroll processes
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR/payroll systems
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
HR qualification advantageous
