Upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for homeowners, guests, and team members
Qualification
Required
Valid Hawaii State Driver's License and acceptable driving record required
Strong mechanical ability
Knowledge and skills in safely using hand/power tools and other materials required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines
Significant experience in diagnosing, research and problem solving
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to take and follow directions
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work cohesively with team members
Flexibility for scheduling
Preferred
2-year college degree or 6 years of experience in related field preferred
Experience in areas such as: building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
