Responsibilities
Oversee the program CQI process
Understanding and implementing all licensing requirements per site guidelines
Conduct quarterly internal standard audits with a subsequent follow-up
Ensure all employees are trained and aware of all licensing, state and federal regulations including PRE
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
Develop corrective action plans
Coordinate and deliver orientation curriculum to new hires
Update current employees on annual training requirements
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21 years of age
At least 4 years prior experience in auditing and training
Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
Have a passion to work with and help children
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred. Can be substituted with HSD and experience
