Responsibilities
Ensure all marketing technology tools (CRM, CMS, analytics) are securely integrated and comply with privacy regulations
Review creative campaigns, email marketing, and social media content to ensure they meet legal and brand guidelines
Regularly audit data practices, consent management, and vendor technology to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations
Implement compliance checks within creative workflows and marketing automation tools
Liaise with technology vendors regarding updates or changes that affect data handling or security
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of related experience in compliance marketing with demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to project outcomes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to support documentation and communication
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot) and data management systems
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, and other data privacy laws
Collaboration: Ability to work across departments (legal, marketing, IT) to translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines
Analytical Skills: Ability to use reporting tools to monitor compliance and data privacy
