Senior Manager – Loyalty & CRM
Chabez Tech is a data engineering and AI products company headquartered in Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Senior Manager – Loyalty & CRM to lead loyalty strategy and CRM execution for an in-house digital product initiative, driving customer engagement through data-driven lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
Define and execute loyalty and CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Lead the design and execution of targeted loyalty initiatives, including personalized offers, gamification, incentives, and rewards programs
Stay current on loyalty, CRM, and personalization trends and apply best practices across the organization
Build and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
Partner with data, analytics, product, and design teams to define segmentation, messaging, and personalization strategies
Own channel strategy and execution across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
Own the CRM and loyalty campaign calendar across all owned digital channels
Leverage customer, behavioral, and contextual data to drive segmentation and targeting strategies
Oversee CRM campaign builds, testing, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and performance
Serve as the final approver for campaign and offer launches, ensuring brand alignment and flawless execution
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance CRM and personalization capabilities
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new functionality meets business requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across data, engineering, design, and operations to deliver integrated customer experiences
Partner with analytics teams to define success metrics and measure campaign performance
Translate insights into actionable optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
Continuously refine personalization logic, offers, and journey orchestration
Lead and mentor a team responsible for CRM and loyalty execution
Oversee platform enhancements, migrations, or upgrades related to CRM and loyalty systems
Identify and resolve campaign delivery or system issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field
7+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze or similar) and loyalty systems
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
