They are seeking an IT Field Technician to provide hands-on technical support across multiple sites, including installing, configuring, and maintaining core systems and applications.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for workstations and handle after-hours calls as assigned
Install, configure, and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking and Microsoft Office Suite
Configure and maintain PC and laptop hardware, phone systems, and Cisco routers
Manage Microsoft Windows end-user settings (profiles, printers, applications)
Support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, cell phones)

Required

Able to travel locally on a regular basis, with up to 20% out‑of‑area travel including occasional overnight stays
Proficiency in at least four of the following: Windows 11, WYSE Winterms, Citrix Server, Windows Server 2008/2012, Phone systems, Microsoft SQL databases, Cisco routers / general networking

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of network administration experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office applications
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
