Responsibilities

Create engaging written content to support large-scale global events and related programs
Write and maintain copy for event websites and landing pages
Develop high-volume email campaigns, including registration, informational, sponsor, content, and registrant communications
Create concise and impactful copy for mobile push notifications
Write promotional copy for paid media and paid social campaigns
Support special interest programs such as partner summits and executive forums
Develop copy for onsite digital signage and event promotions
Collaborate with events and marketing teams to review, refine, and finalize content
Edit and refresh existing copy using channel best practices and performance insights
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines

Qualification

Required

5+ years of professional writing experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing environment
Experience supporting event marketing with the ability to deliver fast turnarounds
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
Strong editing and proofreading skills with familiarity in AP Style
Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with technology or cloud software companies
Background supporting large-scale conferences or global events
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing communications
