Responsibilities
Proficiency in using ticketing systems for software & hardware issues
Onboarding/Offboarding of employee hardware and system access
Installation of applications and computer peripherals
Remote troubleshooting
Creation of technical knowledge base documentation
Remote troubleshooting
Working with Cloud-IP based telephony
Record employee commentary for process improvement
Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
Quickly recognize issues that require next level of support personnel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
Hands-on experience with modern operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac OS), including mobile device support (iOS/Android)
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
Experience with network security practices and anti-virus programs
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and service
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
High Degree of - Service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and interface within office
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
