Responsibilities
Directly manages 30 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) throughout the national organization
Developed organizational design/structure for APPs nationally and trained over 30 APPs to support expansion into 33 markets
Designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program fostering APPs to operate at the top of their license and maximize their potential
Conduct site visits to audit best practices and ensure implementation of Kindbody’s methodology
Collaborates with practice and clinical operations to streamline efficiency across all markets
Conducts fertility consultations and facilitates patients moving through treatment quickly and efficiently, including initial patient assessments and follow-up appointments
Qualification
Required
Experience managing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Experience in organizational design and structure development
Experience in training and onboarding healthcare providers
Ability to conduct site visits and audits
Experience in collaborating with clinical operations
Experience in conducting fertility consultations
