Office Administrative Assistant
Edri Construction is a growing design-build construction company based in San Francisco, specializing in residential and commercial remodeling, additions, and new construction. They are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support their office and project teams and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule/qualify new leads
Provide administrative support to project managers, supervisors, and office staff
Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, permits, change orders, invoices, etc.)
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization
Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
Assist with day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, proactive, and dependable with a willingness to learn
Preferred
Construction or related industry experience is a plus
Benefits
