They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales – Florida to lead and drive sales performance across their Florida sales centers, focusing on regional sales strategy, revenue performance, and talent development.

Responsibilities

Leading and overseeing sales operations across multiple Florida sales centers
Developing and executing regional sales strategies to exceed revenue, VPG, and closing rate targets
Building, coaching, and mentoring high-performing sales directors and frontline leadership
Partnering with Marketing to optimize lead generation, tour flow, and presentation effectiveness
Analyzing sales data and KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement
Driving innovation in sales presentations, incentive programs, and customer engagement
Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for the Florida sales division
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies

Required

10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the vacation ownership/timeshare industry
Proven success leading and growing multi-location mainline sales operations
Strong expertise in VPG optimization, closing techniques, forecasting, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain top sales talent
Experience using CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales analytics platforms
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written)
