Staffana is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role focuses on operating expense budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver financial insights.

Responsibilities

Support annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes, including template development, data consolidation, and detailed variance analysis
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, providing clear insights on performance versus budget and forecast
Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting
Produce ad hoc financial analyses and reports in response to leadership and business partner requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial assumptions, business drivers, and outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles
Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and key business drivers
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Highly self-directed, detail-oriented professional with strong accountability and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred

Power BI experience strongly preferred
Experience with ERP and financial planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, or Anaplan preferred
