Solutions Director
Courser is an IT service provider company focused on accelerating growth through dynamic partnerships. They are seeking an experienced Solutions Director to lead their centralized solutions architecture and pre-sales engineering function, ensuring technical solutions drive revenue growth and align with the company's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead Courser’s centralized solutions strategy to ensure consistent, scalable, and profitable technical offerings across all operating companies
Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to support complex opportunities, providing technical leadership, solution design, and executive-level customer engagement
Create and maintain standardized solution frameworks, service offerings, and architecture guidelines to promote consistency, efficiency, and margin optimization across the portfolio
Serve as a centralized technical resource supporting multiple operating companies, aligning local teams to Courser standards while accommodating unique customer and market needs
Lead the design of end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and managed services to meet customer requirements and business objectives
Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, and Executive teams to ensure solutions are aligned with operational capabilities, pricing models, and margin targets
Establish and maintain best practices for solution design, documentation, and handoff to delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solutions engineers and technical pre-sales resources across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical leadership role
Strong experience designing and selling IT solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, security, and managed service
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales cycle
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, delivery capabilities, and financial outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level customer engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience supporting MSPs, IT services firms, or multi-company environment
Experience building standardized service offerings and go-to-market solution framework
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), security solutions, and modern IT architectures
Relevant technical or sales certifications (Azure, AWS, Cisco, VMware, security, or similar)
Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence skills
