Responsibilities
Own the full Order to Cash lifecycle, from order capture through cash application
Lead credit risk management, credit policy enforcement, and customer collections
Oversee customer onboarding and master data accuracy in SAP
Monitor and forecast cash inflows, receivables aging, and DSO trends
Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership
Identify process gaps and lead automation and system improvements (e-invoicing, SAP enhancements)
Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track O2C performance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on Order to Cash, credit, collections, and cash flow
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
Experience supporting distribution, wholesale, or logistics environments
Strong knowledge of credit risk management and working capital optimization
SAP experience
Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, LOOKUP)
Ability to work independently and partner effectively across functions
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance
NACM certification
Spanish or French language skills
Oil & Gas or industrial products industry experience
