Mid LevelAll Lines Technology is seeking an IT Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems. The role involves imaging Windows laptops, servicing school-issued devices, and resolving technical issues for students and faculty.

Responsibilities
Maintaining and servicing hundreds of students and staff school issued devices, both Windows and Apple
Remotely working with faculty and students to resolve device issues
Installed and configured SMART boards
Connecting devices to Azure and monitoring applications installed on school issued devices
Overseeing imaging processes and maintaining up-to-date images
Hardware replacements including motherboards, LED displays, batteries, and hard drives
Qualification
Required
AS/BS degree in Information Management or related field
Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10
Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools
Manual software installs
Knowledge of Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive
Preferred
OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus
