Responsibilities
Promote a safe, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment
Oversee assigned projects throughout entire lifecycle; ensuring work meets all scope, specifications, codes, and quality requirements
Manage project budgets, timelines, and permit applications
Interpret drawings and other project related requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and contractors; serving as the primary point of contact for all project related material and ensuring routine project updates are communicated
Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, change orders, and records
Enforce strict safety requirements to maintain a safe, compliant work environment
Make technical decisions as necessary to resolve any project related issues
Conduct project site visits as necessary to assess conditions, monitor progress, and ensure successful project completion
Utilize company software tools such as Accubid and Vista to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
Upon project completion, lead project debrief meetings and document lessons learned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience required
3+ years of electrical project management experience required
Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to interact/negotiate with various stakeholders required
Preferred
Active Master Electrician license highly preferred
Prior working experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, and Vista preferred
