Responsibilities
Verify packing lists, purchase orders, and shipment documentation
Record and update inventory in the warehouse management system
Label, tag, and route materials to appropriate storage locations
Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors or purchasing
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
Deliver parts to field technicians as needed
Maintain a clean, organized receiving area
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to properly lift up to 50 pounds
Good communication and organizational skills
General understanding of safety guidelines for a warehouse environment
Basic computer skills
Team-oriented attitude
Preferred
Previous warehouse/receiving/logistics experience
Forklift experience
