Responsibilities
Service Delivery: Manage specialized accounting functions—such as tax preparation, audit engagements, or client accounting services (CAS)—depending on your area of expertise
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted resource for clients, providing financial clarity and proactive communication
Team Integration: Collaborate with remote-first teams using cloud-based tools to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry standards and help refine internal processes to increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
Public Accounting Experience: You must have recent experience working within a public accounting firm
Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard accounting software (QBO, Xero) or tax/audit platforms (CCH Axcess, Lacerte, etc.)
Communication: Strong ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a 100% virtual environment
Preferred
CPA or EA license (or active pursuit of one) is highly preferred for Senior and Manager-level roles
