Responsibilities
Maintaining a broad range of enterprise level servers, storage, security, networking, and PC equipment
Have expertise in all aspects of Windows systems administration
Strong grasp of networking fundamentals
Previous experience supporting medium to large data centers
Aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving
Demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment
Strong background in customer service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma Required for all new hires staring 4/1/14
Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Knowledge of servers configurations and hardware installation
VMware ESX, Backup Technologies, Disaster Recovery
Must be able to manage multiple projects
Must be able to work independently and proactively
Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN and WAN
A strong background in customer service is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
MCSA Certification or MSCE Microsoft Certification preferred
