24 Seven Talent is a fast growing consumer products and beauty company, and they are seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy and control across multiple logistics locations. The role involves maintaining inventory systems, supporting month end close, and collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update inventory systems for multiple U.S. and international warehouse locations
Support month end close with inventory reconciliations and reporting, coordinating with accounting as needed
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory
Track and monitor all QA and regulatory inventory holds, ensuring visibility and timely resolution
Perform daily reconciliations, research variances, and process approved adjustments to ensure accurate reporting
Assist with inventory aging analysis and partner with distribution centers, Quality Assurance, Order Management, and Sales to reduce write offs and improve inventory health
Coordinate destruction, damages, donations, and other non saleable inventory dispositions in line with policy
Work with 3PL partners to monitor performance and accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in inventory, operations, or supply chain preferred
Experience with ERP and WMS platforms; exposure to NetSuite or SAP is a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel skills; solid proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Understanding of inventory control principles and SOX compliant processes
