Responsibilities
Act as a project leader in the design and engineering of complex projects
Provide functional supervision of technical staff and mentor junior engineers
Monitor progress of assigned projects to ensure timely completion
Perform extensive research and field investigations
Evaluate and recommend project alternatives and review system protection
Develop project drawings, evaluate projects costs, and customer requirements
Participate in the evaluation of engineering activities
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Serve as a subject matter expert and offer recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering required
Power distribution design experience required
Must have passed the FE exam to be considered for this role
