Responsibilities
Assists with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
Prepares and posts entries to general ledger accounts with appropriate supporting documentation
Prepares general ledger account reconciliations, including documentation of reconciliation process
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
Communicates with both internal and external auditors and satisfies their requests related to quarterly reviews and annual audits, as well as for information to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (“SOX”)
Ensure that all deadlines are met in accordance with the closing dates set by management
Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0-3 years of experience in a financial environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fundamental knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Fundamental knowledge of accounting software systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Preferred
Experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud ERP system a plus
Familiarity with SOX controls is beneficial
