Electronic Banking Sales and Support

CCB Community Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Sales & Support professional in their Digital Banking Department. This role is responsible for providing operational support to Cash Management Sales and Service Officers and customer support for the Bank’s Digital Banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Sales, delivery and support of Internet Banking Cash Management and Merchant Capture products and services
Perform onsite/offsite demos of product services to potential customers
Perform account analysis of customers and non-customers
Assist in preparation of management reports
Participates in monthly sales meetings with marketing and retail departments
Maintain sales goals as set by management
Provide a full range of customer support to Internet Banking and Merchant Capture customers as stated in the department policy and procedure manuals
Assist with annual re-approval of Customers – Internet Banking Cash Management and Merchant Capture
Perform annual onsite Merchant Capture audits & prepare reports
Insure timely response and resolution of customer issues
Communicate recurring or serious issues to Senior Management
Customer awareness of electronic offerings in branch lobbies
Other procedures as described in the Internet Banking Policy/Procedures
Other procedures as described in the Remote Deposit Policy/Procedures Manual
Provide training of products to staff members as requested or as needed
Complete understanding of Remote Capture Policy and Procedures to include Cash Management and Mobile Banking
Provide backup assistance to the Cash Management Sales and Service Officer as needed
Provide backup assistance to the Electronic Banking Department as needed
Complete understanding of all Internet Banking procedures, policies and products
Provide backup assistance to the Retail and Customer Care departments as needed
Complete understanding of the Safe Deposit Box Policy and Procedures and the Customer Care operating procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Two-year College/Vocational degree in related field and/or four years bank related experience in the area of deposit operations, retail sales and/or electronic banking services
Knowledge of basic accounting functions
Knowledge of basic banking functions
Knowledge of keyboard, calculator and other general office equipment
Extensive computer knowledge with high technical skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good mathematical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent sales skills
Community involvement
Is highly organized and has very effective time management skills
Valid driver's license
Travel required
After-hours and Saturday availability may be necessary
Ability to perform assignments involving some degree of mental alertness, application of sound judgment and average analytical ability
Above average degree of initiative and independence

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
