Responsibilities
Assisting our Broker Dealer clients on day-to-day inquiries and escalations ranging from account opening, funds transfers, brokerage account maintenance, and platform/web navigation
Role involves receiving phone calls and email inquiries from existing clients and assisting (often over a multi-day period) to provide complete and accurate resolution in a pleasant and helpful manner
Qualification
Required
Working background or education in financial services, ideally brokerage security or retail banking industry
Proven ability to analyze complex data
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of new account opening and account transfers in brokerage securities industry
Previous experience working with an independent firm
Limited history of moving from job to job (stability factor)
