Responsibilities
Engage homeowners face-to-face to educate them on solar energy and its financial and environmental benefits
Prospect door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods most impacted by energy industry changes
Set qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations
Represent Current Home professionally as the first interaction homeowners have with our brand
Attend occasional team meetings focused on training, culture, and development
Build positive relationships and create a strong first impression with homeowners
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people
Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Coachable mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth
Genuine belief in renewable energy and the value of solar solutions
Ability to walk and work in the field for a full shift (up to 8 hours per day)
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, canvassing, or customer-facing roles
