Responsibilities
Ensure processes and tools are audited, updated, and remain compliant on an ongoing basis
Collaborate cross-functionally with users at various levels to co-create and continuously improve operational processes, ensuring high-quality data, metrics, and reporting are produced
Create purchase orders (PO) for Latin America
Create purchase requisitions (PR) for the United States
Set up new stores for the United States
Respond to customer inquiries regarding PR and PO purchasing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Previous experience in Accounts Payable
1 years of progressive business, operations, finance, or analytical experience
Experience leveraging various tools/technology to implement processes and systems
Experience working with or in a shared service environment
SAP, Office 365, Excel (Intermediate)
B2 or B2+ - Advanced
