Qualification
Required
Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
Strong communication skills and confidence with homeowners
Customer-first mindset with consultative sales focus
Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs
Valid non-probationary driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
