Responsibilities
Perform maintenance of materials and finance records in accordance with predetermined SLAs
Validate and update current data to ensure integrity and reporting
Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements for materials and finance set up and modifications
Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, share recommendations, and escalate as needed
Customer service for Latin America and North America
Proactive in troubleshooting issues before they arise
Assist in driving standardization and optimization of customer master maintenance
Meet controls in the process
Timely completion of urgent deliverables
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree (or relevant university studies in course)
At least 1 year in actual position. (required)
Advanced English Skills B2+(required)
Advanced Portuguese Skills B2+ (required)
Preferred
SAP knowledge
High communication skills
High customer Service
Exceptional computer skills to manage large amounts of data
