Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of onsite managers, providing strategic oversight to drive high-performing properties and operational excellence
Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance team performance, productivity, and service delivery
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the portfolio
Oversee day-to-day operations of a large, scattered portfolio, including all aspects of owner relations and resident services
Communicate property performance metrics, financial reports, and operational updates to owners in a timely and transparent manner
Address owner concerns and implement solutions to meet ownership goals and expectations
Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio by fostering long-term partnerships with existing clients and attracting new business
Oversee all aspects of property performance, including financial, operational, and resident satisfaction
Analyze property budgets, expenses, and revenue, ensuring properties meet or exceed financial goals
Collaborate with teams to implement strategies that enhance property value and efficiency, including cost control, tenant retention, and risk mitigation
Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to rental rates, marketing strategies, or property improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or portfolio management role
Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio)
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
