Responsibilities
Coordinating daily calendars of senior managers
Planning appointments and events
Assist in the distribution of agency-wide communications
Acting as the conduit of information between executives and employees
Answers and routes phone calls, mail, and e-mail messages
Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, and records and corresponded for monthly board meetings
Prepare information and research for executive needs
Take accurate minutes of meetings as needed
Carries out the agency’s mission
Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times
Regular and consistent office attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four (4) years experience in an office setting and working with upper management
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking individuals are strongly encouraged to apply
