SERVICE DESK MANAGER

State of Arizona Enterprise Technology (ASET) is seeking a Service Desk Manager to manage the ADOT Identity Access Management (IAM) Team. This role involves overseeing workflow, configuration, and implementation of access records, providing training, developing reports, and collaborating with the IT department to ensure compliance with audit standards.

Responsibilities

Supervises the staff by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as needed
Trains staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques
Ensures systems within ADOT are operational

Required

Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of related experience in related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Current, valid class-appropriate driver's license
Complete all required training and successfully pass all necessary driver's license record checks
Maintain acceptable driving records
Complete all required driver training
Maintain the statutorily required liability insurance if operating a personally owned vehicle on state business
Successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
Knowledge of service offerings, customer service principles and processes, back-office server applications, desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, common third-party software applications, internally developed custom applications, application integrations, networking protocols, and any other computer-related technologies
Knowledge of Q-Suite applications, MVN administration, DAP administration, driver license, title/registration, and MVD Document imaging
Knowledge of CSP department operations and measures
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
Troubleshooting skills with MVD equipment organizations and systems
Ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
Ability to resolve incidents/problems efficiently and effectively, recognizing customers' competence levels, and able to approach each level appropriately
Ability to supervise small to medium teams
