Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage parking equipment installation and technology upgrades
Develop project schedules, budgets, and implementation plans
Prepare and support business cases, procurement documentation, and project justifications
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Monitor project performance and prepare regular status and progress reports
Support Parking Operations in meeting deadlines, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with project and procurement requirements

Required

Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years managing specific tasks or specialized area of concentration related to the task order, related to engagement with the public and/or private sector, or Federal, State, Local government
Experience with parking access and revenue control systems (PARCS) or related technologies
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience developing procurement documentation and business case justifications
PMP certification is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Transportation planning, Project Management, or a related field
