The Master Data Jr. Analyst role supports operations by managing and updating master data in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance of vendor master data records in accordance with predetermined SLAs
Identify and maintain data records in accordance with document retention policies
Validate and update current data to ensure integrity in master data and reporting
Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements for vendor set up and modifications
Assist in driving standardization and optimization of vendor master maintenance
Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, share recommendations, and escalate as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related career in progress
Advanced English Skills B2+ or C1(required)
At least 6 months of relevant work experience in Master data Vendors
1 year in the same position (internal candidates)
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills to connect with customers, teammates, external data providers, and Management
Demonstrated ability to take action, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to interact with, and influence all levels and types of people
Strong attention to details is highly critical
Preferred
SAP/Lawson/Tirepro experience preferred (not required)
