Responsibilities
Collecting, organizing, editing, and maintaining documentation such as user manuals, system specifications, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and technical reports
Support financial and administrative task execution
Maintain internal documentation libraries and standards in alignment with organizational requirements
Supporting Federal or DoD environments
Agile Team Support and JIRA Task Tracking
Familiarity with documentation standards, configuration management, and version control best practices
Experience working with SharePoint or internal knowledge repositories
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
Documentation Management and Quality Control
Technical Writing Support and Editing

Qualification
Required
Security+ Certification - must have to be considered for an interview
Active IT Level II Clearance (required)
Agile experience working in iterative development environments
JIRA experience (creating, tracking, and managing tasks/user stories)
Experience supporting technical documentation development and maintenance
Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and meet deadlines under general supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document formatting tools
Preferred
Experience supporting Federal or DoD environments
