Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, secure design patterns, and automated SDLC controls
Define 'what good looks like' using practical frameworks like the NIST SSDF (SP 800-218) and secure-by-design principles
Focus on outcomes: fewer defects in production, faster approvals, and repeatable secure patterns

Required
