Responsibilities
Ensure that houses are built to the requirements & specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, the company, and clients
Responsible for maintaining all finished speculative homes, pre-sales, and model homes
Responsible for inspecting the cleanliness of all common elements within each community, including streets, landscaping, and all other common areas. Take corrective measures when necessary
Responsible for distributing plans to subcontractors as needed
Be responsible, to know and demonstrate Grant and Co.'s core values, and maintain a great attitude at all times, despite challenges or extenuating circumstances
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma is required
