Manager, Market Research and Analytics

Responsibilities

Drive advanced analytics focused on utilization management, medical policy, pricing strategies, and competitive launches
Develop and implement sophisticated contracting strategies based on deep quantitative analysis of specialty pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, and health plans
Support execution of comprehensive market research initiatives to assess market dynamics, payer opportunities, and patient or provider access barriers
Harness advanced analytics, data science, modeling, and visualization tools to tell compelling stories that influence business and patient outcomes
Present key analytics and market research insights to senior leadership; influence high-impact decision-making across business units
Foster a high-performing, innovative, and inclusive team environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
4+ years hands-on experience in quantitative analysis (sales/marketing/pharma analytics)
Proven expertise in one or more analytic tools (eg: SQL, Python, R, Dataiku) and data visualization/ reporting tools (eg: Power BI)
Experience in agile, cross-functional, and dynamic environments - a self-starter who thrives in change and can lead independent projects
Effective communicator able to distill data into clear, actionable business narratives
Passion for innovative problem solving and strong commitment to stakeholder engagement

Preferred

Master's/MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience with syndicated pharma data sources and market access analytics
Familiarity with advanced analytics (statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics)
In-depth experience with US market access strategy and payer landscape (eg: value/ contracting strategy, reimbursement, policy analytics, access barriers)
