Responsibilities

Run end-to-end product discovery, translating Card Member needs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and testable product concepts
Develop and evolve new product concepts that are meaningfully differentiated and built to deliver lasting value for customers and the business
Manage a portfolio of early-stage bets, progressing multiple ideas in parallel through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation
Work closely with partners in design, engineering, and decision science to prototype experiences, assess feasibility, and iterate quickly based on learning
Collaborate with Business Units to understand their strategies and ensure the portfolio of concepts supports meaningful business outcomes
Establish success criteria and learning plans for experiments, using customer feedback and data to decide what to advance, refine, or stop
Navigate risk considerations to responsibly test new concepts in market
Package insights, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making and transitions from experimentation to scale

Required

3+ years of experience in product management, product discovery, or new product development roles
Proven ability to lead early-stage product initiatives in ambiguous problem spaces
Strong discovery toolkit, including user research, experimentation, and qualitative and quantitative synthesis
Technical fluency and comfort working hands-on with engineers to explore feasibility and tradeoffs
Comfort getting hands-on with AI tools to develop prototypes and explore ideas quickly, even when solutions are not yet well-defined
Deep customer empathy and experience designing products where trust, transparency, and control are essential
Experience influencing across cross-functional teams without formal authority
Clear communicator who can articulate learnings, tradeoffs, and recommendations succinctly
