Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional and HNW investors, managing due diligence, RFPs, and data requests related to real estate and alternative strategies
Translate complex investment models and PropTech insights into compelling materials, presentations, and client-facing deliverables
Collaborate with the Product and Data Science teams to design scalable systems that communicate UnlockLand’s analytics and performance transparently
Support capital-raising and partnership initiatives by maintaining consistent, high-quality investment decks, pitchbooks, and quarterly reporting templates
Monitor macroeconomic, real estate, and PropTech market trends to position UnlockLand’s platform as a category-defining investment intelligence tool
Partner with leadership to refine communication frameworks that merge data visualization, narrative design, and strategic investor messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline
4–6 years of experience in investment management, real estate private equity, or institutional capital markets
Strong grasp of alternative asset classes including private credit, real estate, and venture-backed PropTech
Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
Preferred
Progress toward or completion of CAIA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Familiarity with DealCloud, PitchBook, Bloomberg, or AI-enabled analytics tools a plus
