Account Executive – SaaS
MOHR Talent is seeking an Account Executive to sell a high-demand SaaS platform that modernizes payment and financial workflows. The role involves owning a territory, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business while being supported by strong sales enablement and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Own a defined territory and close new SaaS business
Lead discovery calls, product demos, and in-person or virtual sales meetings with decision-makers
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking events, and local business groups
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery ? demo ? proposal ? negotiation ? close
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and deal documentation in CRM tools
Plan and execute daily and weekly sales activity to consistently hit quota
Collaborate with leadership and peers to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and win competitive deals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
Comfortable selling both in-person and virtually
Strong pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting discipline
Confident communicator with a consultative but decisive sales style
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by uncapped earnings
Preferred
SaaS, fintech, payments, or B2B tech experience
