Responsibilities
Managing and securing the organization’s network, risk management systems, and enterprise information
Evaluating IT system performance to optimize operating costs and productivity while identifying and recommending system upgrades
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and service providers
Monitoring infrastructure performance and ensuring the organization is prepared for IT security audits and investigations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of IT management experience overseeing infrastructure, security, systems, and technical operations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience managing enterprise systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Intune & Autopilot, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Navision), HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., Paychex), and Quality Management Systems
Demonstrated experience leading IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and cross-functional technology initiatives
Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and IT budgeting
Hands-on experience with network security, cybersecurity monitoring, and risk management frameworks
Experience providing senior-level escalation support and managing 24/7 operational expectations
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
