Responsibilities
Managing a cross functional, full sales life cycle and technical activities for Cloudflare customers
Work with Sales to grow our account base
Manage a team of great SEs
Partner with the Commercial and Mid-Market Sales teams that are also geographically distributed in the US
Responsible for providing the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects
Manage, drive and track sales cycles, forecasting and pipeline management
Influencing how deals progress and helping assuring successful customer journey of Cloudflare technology adoption
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent
5+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
Minimum 1 year of team management experience, including hiring and performance review
Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementation and driving best practices with cross functional organizations
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives
Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences
Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
