The role involves drafting and managing discovery, organizing and summarizing medical and employment records, and assisting with deposition and trial preparation.

Responsibilities
Draft and manage discovery demands and responses (Bills of Particulars, responses to demands, authorizations, etc.)
Request, organize, review, and summarize medical records, employment records, and accident-related documents
Track discovery deadlines and ensure timely, accurate compliance
Assist with deposition and trial preparation
E-file documents through NYSCEF and review and analyze NYSCEF filings
Assist with calendar-related items
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts professionally and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
Hands-on experience drafting discovery responses (required — please do not apply without this)
Strong understanding of New York personal injury litigation and the New York CPLR
Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a litigation team
