Responsibilities
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of operators, technicians and lab personnel providing Wastewater Treatment Operations and Maintenance
Inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, interview and select new personnel, and initiate and recommend new or improved methods or practices
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science
5+ years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management
Highest level Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license in Georgia (or ability to acquire)
Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills
Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions
Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license
